Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you the invoice along with your tracking number.
2. How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number we email you. UPS: www.ups.com Royal Mail / USPS: www.usps.com If you didn’t receive a tracking email, contact our support team.
3. An item is missing from my order — what do I do?
Check your invoice to confirm whether the item was shipped or back-ordered. If it should have been included, contact us immediately.
4. How do I return a product?
Reach out to customer service to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization). The RMA number must be written on the outside of the return box.
5. I received the wrong item — what now?
Tell us as soon as you notice. We’ll correct the order and arrange a replacement.
